Our website

Smarter Digital Services collects personal data on certain areas of the website when you enrol on a course. The personal data collected may include information that you provide, such as your name and  e-mail address.. For instance, by enrolling on our courses, you agree to receive the correspondence to which you have subscribed at the e-mail address that you provided at enrolment. Only Smarter Digital Services representatives will contact you using this e-mail address.

When someone enrols on a course, we can see their enrolment status and how they have progressed through the course.. We do this to find out things such as the number of enrolments and completion rate of the courses. This information is provided to your course administrator upon request.

When you raise a complaint about how we are using your personal information, we will route this through our normal complaints procedure, and respond to you within 15 working days from the date of your complaint.

As part of those procedures, we will provide a response as to why we cannot apply your rights at this stage, or we will apply your right(s) within one month of the date of your request.
